Returns policy

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return your full-priced item within seven days of receipt. After seven days, we will only exchange the item with an additional postage.

Please let us know that you are making a return by sending us an email at hello@rompersbabyboutique.com, confirming your details and providing us a valid reason for your return.

Note that we will only accept returns and refunds that are unworn, and in a saleable condition with all labels and tags attached. Refunds are processed within 14 working days of receipt.

We will issue a return number and will log your returns. Kindly enclose your packing slip in your parcel with your return number clearly marked down. Any returns made without a return number will not be accepted.

We recommend you send your items back to us using a registered delivery service as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.
